"I find many of my patients are not well educated about the condition and potential of their own body. This is why I take the time to thoroughly explain my findings with each patient, then teach them how they can alter their lifestyle to achieve and maintain optimal health."

I received my diploma in massage therapy from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2008. I am Board Certified in Therapeutic massage and Body work since 2010 and have worked in the massage field for over 12 years. I have been with White Chiropractic since 2017. I specialize in trigger point therapy, deep tissue, Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, Swedish relaxation, and prenatal massage. I enjoy making every session uniquely tailored to specific needs of my clients to achieve the most benefits.
When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the dog park with my 3 dogs and coloring or painting.
I began working for White Chiropractic in 2010. Prior to working here, I had numerous years of experience working in customer service and particularly enjoyed my jobs working with animals. I have been going to a chiropractor since I was 12 and have been bringing my children for regular adjustments since they were born! The chiropractor was the first place we went after leaving the hospital! The chiropractor is my family’s go to for medical care.
When I am not at work, I enjoy reading, gardening, and snuggling my children and pets. I also love to organize and find myself reorganizing things for fun!
I have been a massage therapist since 2005. I graduated massage therapy in 2006 from Brown College. I specialize in customized therapeutic massages. I have been with White Chiropractic since October 2021.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, relaxing, and spending time with my 2 kids.
