When I first came to White Chiropractic in 2007, I couldn't walk or stand for more than 10 to 20 minutes at a time.  My low back was so painful, I felt like I couldn't breath.  I had had problems with my lower back since 2005, but in August of 07 the pain had gotten much worse.  After trying to self-treat with pain meds without much success, I decided to start chiropractic treatment.  Both Dr. White and I knew I had a long road ahead of me, but on March 1st of 2008 I hiked for 3 hours with my family! Back in August of 2007, that hike would have never happened.  Besides walking and hiking, I am now able to work out, ride my bike, clean the house, climb stairs and most of all, shop!  I have also lost 30 pounds since I started my chiropractic treatments.  The better I feel, the more I move and more I lose! I initially came to White Chiropractic with hip bursitis and radiating pain that went down my right leg and into my foot.  This had been a problem for over a year and I had previously been treated with cortisone and steroid injections as well as medications.  Since starting treatment at White Chiropractic, the orginial area of pain has improved so much that I've forgotten how severe it was in the beginning.  Now I'm being treated for tension between my shoulders and general alignment to keep me active! I am an avid dancer and dancer teacher who spends a great deal of time moving and turning.  I'm not stopping this activity and chiropractic care had improved my ability to do what I have a passion for! As a child, I suffered from allergies and ear infections that would wake me up almost every night. For a few years I treated those symptoms with more conventional methods without success. I tried Chiropractic and after one adjustment my symptoms diminished significantly. After only a few weeks of regular treatment, I was ear infection free and had my allergies under control. I haven't had an ear infection since! Now that I am older, I still get monthly check-ups and am in the best health of my life! I owe lots of sleep to White Chiropractic. Dr. White has been such a joy to see and to be my chiropractor.  I first started going to Dr White just over 3 years ago when my husband and I were trying to conceive our first child. We had been trying at that point for almost 5 years to conceive with no success. I was referred to Dr White by my aunt who told me she has helped women in the past with fertility issues. Well, after seeing Dr White for multiple adjustments and 3 acupuncture sessions, within 6 months I was pregnant with my first! Such a blessing. Our healthy and beautiful son who is now 2 years old was born Nov 21, 2008. My husband and I always wanted 2 children. We began to try for another when our son was around 1 1/2 years old. No success again after 6 months of trying, and all of those feelings of disappointment and sadness from infertility came back. So I went back to see Dr White. After a few adjustments and 1 acupuncture session I became pregnant. I was almost in disbelief. It worked again and so easily this time with her help. Her adjustments are gentle and precise. She knows what points need to be adjusted and focused on during our visits. Each time that I've gotten pregnant I owe her thanks and gratitude for her help.
